1.  Brochure and Poster:

 

The informational brochure lays out important general steps of the “Before,” “During,” and “After” procedures for Kids Reading for Life book fairs. See the “Receiving Instructions” and “Return Shipping Instructions” for specific information.

 

Print off 11” by 17” posters for your school with the date, time, and location of your school’s book fair. This is a great advertising piece for your book fair!

4.  Order Form (for Extra Books):

 

If your school runs out of a title during the book fair week, collect payment from the student(s) for the book(s), fill out this sheet with the number of titles needed, and send this form back to Standard Publishing with your check at the end of your book fair week.

5.  Parent Letter:

 

Print and send this wish list home with each student. Students can fill out the wish list with their parents while browsing through the online book selection, bring it back to school with the payment, and receive their books. Students could also receive a wish list on the first day of the book fair, look through the books available, complete their wish lists, and take the lists home to their parents. Parents could then give students money for only the books they want the children to purchase.

7.  Book Fair Order Form/Catalog:

 

Download this Spring 2011 catalog of all the products offered at the book fair. Parents can also view these titles and many more online (along with a brief description of each title). This catalog can serve as a pre-order form for students or just as an informational catalog for parents to see what items are offered at the book fair. We are no longer providing catalogs for each student, as many parents prefer to view the book selection online.PLEASE NOTE: INVENTORY WILL BE UPDATED FOR FALL 2011, so this catalog is just provided for general reference.

8.  Price Bookmarks:

 

Print these off, cut them up, and place inside the books for your book fair. These have the pricing information right on them, so your students will know how much each title costs (and will prevent you from having to look up the price every time a student wants to purchase a title).
