Precept Marketing Group or Classbook.com have express permission to contact the school above via e-mail, telephone, and fax. I understand that prices, items, and inventory may change from those listed in the catalog and on the inventory form. I understand that I will receive cash back for the amount sold at the book fair as follows: $0 to 2,500 – 20% cash back; $2501 to 3500 – 25% cash back; $3501 and up – 30% cash back. I agree to return the inventory 7 days from the end date of the book fair. The undersigned expressly agrees and warrants that he/she is authorized to agree to and enter into this contract on behalf of the party for which he/she agrees to.
